Empowering small businesses around the world through creative education at scale

As a founding member of TikTok’s SMB team, I was tasked with scaling creative education for an audience of thousands of small and medium businesses.

To meet this challenge, I authored and designed the SMB Creative Toolkit, a set of foundational resources that made TikTok’s creative best practices accessible, actionable, and effective for SMBs around the world.

Highlights

  • I executed all core content, including strategy, copywriting and design. We brought the content to life as a series of one-pagers, which were then adapted into social assets, pitch decks, client webinars, an SMB Creative Playbook, and sales enablement materials for direct client engagement

  • These materials were translated into 24 languages and activated in NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC

  • This effort led to a 9.32% lift in SMB advertiser spend
