Empowering small businesses around the world through creative education at scale
As a founding member of TikTok’s SMB team, I was tasked with scaling creative education for an audience of thousands of small and medium businesses.
To meet this challenge, I authored and designed the SMB Creative Toolkit, a set of foundational resources that made TikTok’s creative best practices accessible, actionable, and effective for SMBs around the world.

Highlights
I executed all core content, including strategy, copywriting and design. We brought the content to life as a series of one-pagers, which were then adapted into social assets, pitch decks, client webinars, an SMB Creative Playbook, and sales enablement materials for direct client engagement
These materials were translated into 24 languages and activated in NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC
This effort led to a 9.32% lift in SMB advertiser spend
